This policy outlines our practices regarding telephone solicitations and your rights concerning such calls.
We maintain an internal “Do Not Call” list to honor the requests of consumers who do not wish to receive telephone solicitations from us.
2. What Constitutes a “Telephone Solicitation”?
For the purposes of this policy, a “telephone solicitation” is any call, whether made by a live person or an automated dialing system (robocall), where the purpose is to encourage the purchase or enrollment in a qualified health plan or related services. This includes calls for which we receive compensation from health insurance carriers.
Important Exceptions: The following types of calls are not considered telephone solicitations and are not subject to this policy:
- Calls made to complete or confirm an application or enrollment you have already initiated
- Calls made in response to a specific request or inquiry from you
- Calls made solely to provide informational, administrative, or customer service messages (e.g., appointment reminders, notifications about deadlines like Open Enrollment, or updates about your existing application)
- Calls for which you have provided prior express written consent to be contacted
3. How to Be Added to Our Internal Do Not Call List
You may request to be placed on our internal “Do Not Call” list at any time by using any of the following methods:
- Phone: Call us at 1-888-994-0016 and inform the representative that you wish to be added to the Do Not Call list
- Email: Send an email to support@premiumhealthadvancerelief.com with “Do Not Call” in the subject line. Include your full name and the phone number you wish to add
- Website: Submit a request through our online contact form available at our website
Once we receive your request, we will add your telephone number to our internal “Do Not Call” list within a reasonable period, not to exceed 30 days. Your request will remain active on our list for at least five years.
4. Honoring Your Request
If your number is listed on our internal “Do Not Call” list, we will not make any telephone solicitations to you on behalf of our company, our affiliates, or any third-party agents representing us.
Please note that you may still receive non-solicitation calls, as outlined in Section 2, such as reminders about incomplete applications or important updates related to services you’ve requested.
5. National Do Not Call Registry
We comply fully with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) National Do Not Call Registry. Our calling lists are routinely scrubbed against both the National Registry and applicable state-level registries. We will not initiate telephone solicitations to any number listed, unless there is an existing business relationship or you have given prior express written consent.
To register your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, visit https://www.donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone you wish to register.
6. Your Rights and How to Report Unwanted Calls
If you receive a telephone solicitation from us in error after requesting placement on our internal Do Not Call list, or after being listed on the National Registry for at least 31 days, please contact us immediately using the information below.
We will promptly investigate and take appropriate corrective action. You also have the right to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Do Not Call Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically for the latest information.
